Four Quadrant Coaching
A focused season of life coaching accelerates change and generates significant
results within a short amount of time. I work one-on-one with people who are
ready to make powerful changes from the inside out. My guiding principle is
Proverbs 23:7, “For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.” I help my clients recognize
what is happening on the inside and so move from temporary external changes to
lasting internal transformation.

The Four Quadrant Method comes from
Mark 12:30-31, “Love the Lord your God
with all your heart, soul, mind and
strength…and your neighbor as yourself.”
The four quadrants (emotions, spirit,
intellect, and body) are sources of power
with which we live our lives.  I help my
clients identify the lies that sabotage their
best efforts to love and succeed. Truth,
fully embraced, transforms our lives from
the inside out.
Incorporated in Four Quadrant Coaching
are the
Six Essentials to L.I.F.E (Living
Intentionally Free and Empowered).
 The
Essentials are introduced, practiced and
implemented during the course of the coaching relationship.  Mastery of the Six
Essentials is a key component in moving toward goal attainment.

Awareness – Awareness is being present to your life, engaging with your
emotions, your internal dialogues, and the core beliefs you hold and how they
show up in your life.

Ownership – Ownership is taking responsibility of your choices in life.

Truth – When we embrace the Truth of who God created us to be, we are set free
to live with authenticity and congruence.

Balance – Balance is about holding healthy boundaries. It is also about
identifying the core values that help you know when to say “yes” and when to say
“no.”

Gratitude – Gratitude encourages abundance and peace. It is an attitude of
thankfulness no matter what the circumstances.

Grace – Grace is about gentleness and forgiveness. It is a state of mind and
spirit we choose to offer others and ourselves from a place of strength and love.
